
let it out or let it in???
Although we prefer to keep them inside the vault, we still have to let it out. Generally we seek our friends comfort and advise to have a positive feeling. Besides, that's what friends are for, assurance that they are always there when in trouble. Many, seek divine intervention for signs and believing that it's something that they can handle. Worse, some use vices as resort. These are the ones who have difficulties with acceptance. Nevertheless, we find ways on how to ease the burden so as to feel that we are not alone deserted.
Another thing to consider is to seek professional help. I really dig this thing although I haven't tried one yet, for the reason that the person(psychiatrist/psychologist) doesn't know you personally. And the assurance that all the things you have belted out during the consultation will be well kept. Aside from that, the advise will be not be biased since the doctor has no relation to you at all. It will be on an experts point of view, fair and professional.
Problems are problems and they keep on coming. It's like a disease that afflicts us and has an effect to our entire being. That's what keeps us alive to have this feeling. It is overwhelming but we have to keep our mind straight and emotions checked. Just like any other disease, it can be treated.
